located at "Saikachi-kubo" Kodaira Cemetery near Kodaira station of Seibu Shinjuku Line in Tokyo Higashikurume city.
Normally there is no water here however the water appear after a heavy raining sometimes and it's called a phantom water spring.
Also there is "Saikachi no michi" walking road along the upsteam of the river and it's very nice spot for walking under the nature. Enjoy your short trip to Higashikurume !
