This is Tachikawa Velodrome of Keirin race place located in Tokyo Tachikawa city.
There are only two Velodromes in Western Tokyo Tama area, Chofu and Tachikawa.
As one of the Olympic games, Keirin is more than more popular and you would be able to see the exciting moment.
Entrance fee is just only 50 yen and you would have a fantastic moment by the hot races.
